Booking & Membership: All bookings are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot.

Facility Use: Users are expected to maintain decorum and follow all rules while using our facilities. Misconduct may lead to cancellation of services without refund.

Membership Validity: Memberships are valid for the duration purchased. Unused hours cannot be carried forward unless specified.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancellation: Bookings once confirmed are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours prior, subject to availability.

Membership Cancellation: Memberships are non-refundable after activation. If cancellation is requested before the start date, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of management.

Refund Timelines: If a refund is applicable (e.g. for double bookings, failed payments, or service issues), the amount will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to your original mode of payment.
